Swimming pool Three Integrated Heat Pump for water heating, dehumidification and air regulation
It has three functions of daily pool water heating, dehumidification and air conditioning(refrigeration, heating, exhaust heat recovery, fresh air regulation), and it can effectively control swimming pool water temperature, indoor air temperature and relative humidity. The working principle is that the warm and humid air of the indoor swimming pool is pumped to the evaporator (cooling) pipe through the filter by the return air fan. And the temperature and the moisture content of the air are reduced at the same time, the refrigerant circuit receives energy. The energy or energy consumption of the compressor by one or more of the refrigerant circuit to the water heating condenser, and the air emits energy in the hot condenser or the outdoor fan cooling radiator. The wind of suitable temperature and relative temperature is sent back to the indoor swimming pool by the blower. Thereby it can realize the harmony of energy conservation, environmental protection and comfortable environment in the swimming pool.
Its working procedures can be roughly divided into two steps:
The first step, the warm and humid air flows through the evaporator, the temperature drops, and the warm water vapor condenses into cold water droplets to separate from the air, so that the air is dry and the air dehumidification is realized. Meanwhile, the heat energy (latent heat and sensible heat) released during air cooling, water vapor condensation and cooling is absorbed by refrigerants.
The second step, the heat energy absorbed by the refrigerant is firstly (latent heat) heated by the heat exchanger to realize the water heating function. The residual heat (sensible heat) is heated by the the air condenser to heat the indoor air to achieve the constant temperature function.
Summer: when the indoor is too high, the system will convert to the cooling function automatically, and the refrigerant will absorb the heat inside the room and discharge the heat to the outdoor through the cooling system, which will keep the indoor air cool.
Winter: since the heat energy will be lost through enclosure structure and fresh air exchange, when the heat energy generated by the system is not enough to meet the requirements, the auxiliary air heater can supplement the heat energy.
Spring and autumn: when the outdoor temperature is close to 28℃ and the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature , the heat pump will turn off the compression refrigeration system and only turn on the fan for full exhaust/fresh air operation.
It only needs to provide the electric energy for driving the compressor and the fan motor. The three-in-one integrated heat pump for the swimming pool can be continuously cycled according to the above working procedures, achieving the harmonious balance of the three functions of “water heating, dehumidification and air conditioning” with low energy consumption. We fully consider that users in different regions have different requirements for the use of indoor pool heat pumps. For example, some users only need to consider cooling function in summer and some users only need to consider the heat recovery to dehumidification in winter. Therefore, we designed two types equipment to satisfied different users.
